This really breaks my workflow... I decided to change to Linux using Ubuntu and 99.9% of my softwares are working fine except exporting fbx with uMotion, is there a plan to add support or is something that is not on your roadmap?

When I last checked, the Autodesk FBX SDK's libraries that the FBX export depends on were requiring a specific compiler version that was so old, that it didn't work under recent Ubuntu versions anymore. I spent a few days trying to compile the FBX dll, but I wasn't able to... I even reported this issue on the official FBX SDK forum, but never received an answer just saw others having similar issues.

Best regards,
Peter

I'm not sure if it's the same but I use the FBX Exporter from the Package Manager and it's working without any issues
