Please fix the bug where the key doesn't move.

Moderated: Removed hard language.

When a bug occurs, you can't move or resize keys anywhere on the curve or dope sheet.
Does not respond to mouse drag.

Currently the solution to this is to turn Unity off and on.
I tried reloading the clip file, changing the settings, changing the layout, or reloading the scene, but it doesn't work either.

If you are working on animation, it will be in the corresponding state at random. It is difficult to implement correctly. This happens every 3 days.
The project is large and restarting Unity takes me 10-20 minutes.

Please fix this bug. I have been under stress for a few days.

UMotion Version:
1.22.p11
Unity Version:
2020.1.8f1

I bought it and put up with my anger for several months, and finally, today I was mad at the limit of holding it.

Hi,

thank you very much for your bug report.

Please note that hard language is not allowed on the forum. I moderated your original post and removed any hard language from it.

I'm currently unaware of a bug like this. We need to find a way to make this reproduce-able, so that I can fix it. Please provide some further information:

  1. What operating system are you using (windows, mac or linux)?
  2. Do you get any error messages in the console window?
  3. If the bug is happening so randomly, I would advice the following: Please record your screen while you are working with UMotion and as soon as the issue happens, stop recording. Then cut the video to only include the last few minutes before the bug occured and send it to me. This allows me to analyze the last steps before the bug happens so that I can try to reproduce it.
Please make sure to enable tutorial mode so that I can see all the shortcut presses in the video. Click on Edit --> Preferences --> Settings --> Display Key Strokes:

PS: If the issue is happening, clicking on "Windows --> UMotion Editor --> Restart UMotion" might also fix it (instead of restarting Unity).

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
Peter

Has confirmed.

It happened because it was used less than an hour today.

Clicking Restart Umotion will bring up a bug report warning window.

And after waiting, the movement of the key came to life.

It cannot be reproduced exactly the same, so I will use it as you said.

Even if it's a bit cumbersome, it's better than restarting Unity.

And I don't know if this will help, but this is the message when the bug report warning window pops up.

Thanks, I'm able to reproduce the exception when restarting the UMotion window and am working on a fix.

In case you find a way to reproduce the "move key" issue, don't hesitate to let me know.

Best regards,

Peter
