Hi,

thank you very much for your support request.

In UMotion's Pose Editor, go into config mode. Select the "CS_Jacket_14097.Shape", open the constraints tab and resolve the error by removing the duplicated custom property (by clicking on the X).

Here is the documentation of the custom property constraint: https://www.soxware.com/umotion-manual/CustomProperty.html

Please let me know in case you have any follow-up questions.

Best regards,
Peter

there is nothing in constraints tab

Open the properties tab and unlock the transform by setting Visibility to Show. Then open the constraints tab again and continue with deleting the custom property. You can lock the transform again after you've deleted the custom properties if you want.

another error

Hmmm... makes me wonder how the custom property constraints have been added in the first place?

Is this a project file that was converted from generic to humanoid?

Best regards,
Peter

Yes, I made some humanoid animations. The problem appears when I click config mode, after I can not do anything. The only solution to continue working is to close clip editor window.

The only way to solve this is by manually editing the project file. I can do that for you if you send me the UMotion project file (*.asset). Please close Unity before you copy the project file to ensure all changes you've lately made are saved. You can send the file to me via the email support form: https://www.soxware.com/email-support/

Hi,

I've just uploaded a new version of UMotion (V1.28p02) that doesn't throw this error message anymore when the custom property constraint is on a locked transform. This should solve your issue.

Thanks for reporting this issue, I really appreciate the time you've put into this.

Please let me know if the patch release works for you and don't hesitate to contact me in case you have any other questions or issues.

Best regards,
Peter
