we searching for a solution to convert generic unity animations (from mocap with blendshape data) to humanoid anims. Does your plugin preserve the blendshape data?

thanks for reaching out.

First of all, we need to define the term "blendshape" data in order to ensure that we are both talking about the same thing. The blendshapes are created in an external modeling application. What you animate is the weight that defines how much each blendshape should contribute to the model. This blendshape weight curve (and also any other custom curve) is preserved in the conversion process.

If your goal is to re-target the actual blendshapes from one model to another, than this is thus only possible if the same (named) blendshapes already exist (on the same transform path) on that other model.
