Hello,

I have an animation made in Blender which looks nice but when I import it into unity (generic rig) the animation adds interpolation between 2 keys. The first pose from the animation is on the right side of the screen and the second pose on the next frame is in the middle of the screen. Unity is trying to create poses in between those two instead of snapping from the right pose to the middle.

I imported the animation in uMotion and there is no interpolation in between, but when I export the clip and preview the animation, the interpolation is back.

Can you help me with this?

Hi skinwalker,
thanks for your support request.

Is the interpolation mode of the keys set to "Constant"? Because that would do exactly that (keeping the first keys value until the second key).

If that does not help, could you send me all I need to take a look at this via the email support form? Would make it easier for me to assist you on this issue.

Best regards,
Peter

Thanks for the support, once again you've saved me a lot of time, I have been dealing with this for almost 2 days.

Setting the interpolation mode to Constant does exactly what I want, funny thing is that I tried doing it through the Unity animation window and the whole animation broke, but when done inside uMotion, it works nicely.

I will let you know if I have any problems with it and send you the whole animation.
