Hi;

i've got additional typeloadexceptions with 1.09 running in unity 2017.3.1f1 with a prior "filenotfoundexception" - I'm using umotion in a seperate project with animations only (like kubolds; huge mocap library) so beside some minor classes written by me there is no other stuff in there.

Did a clean update (removed prior installation). Currently i can't even use umotionpro as a one-time solution before the "press play"-bug.

Hi purestain,
thanks for the bug report.

  • In which context do you get these error messages?
  • Are they appearing every time?
  • Can you start and work with UMotion, or do they break the functionality?

I noticed similar messages from time to time (right after installing and starting UMotion for the first time). When I got such a message, it never had any negative effect on the functionality. Also seems like they don't appear in older Unity versions so it might be some strange behavior involved by Unity's dll loading mechanism in newer versions.

If it does break UMotion's functionality in your case, then it might be something different.

I’ve noticed this types of errors sometimes when I’m in one scene editing a clip with umotion open and pose editor having a reference to a model. Then when I simply load a completely different seven I see this types of errors. I’m not sure if it’s specific only to my scenes or empty scene would do it to. Something you might want to check.

Thanks for pointing that out. I will see what I can do to fix this. I think this is somehow related to how Unity is reloads the *.dlls and I'm not completely sure if it is technically possible for me to solve this (especially because the *.dlls are working 100% correct which shouldn't be possible according to the error messages).
