I have a humanoid model with a tail and the tail bones can be moved which messes up the ratios, I want to lock it so that the bones can only be rotated and there is no way to move or scale them (having an option way to do scale would be fine). I see that the humanoid bones already only allow rotation is there is a way to enable that on other bone?

This is what the target would be (this is a humanoid bone, Move and Scale grayed out and not modifiable):

And this is what it looks like now:

So it should be possible but I can't find how to enabled it if it is implemented.

Hi VeryEvilShadow,
thank you very much for your support request.

Update: In UMotion V1.19 and above you can hide the position/rotation/scale properties from within Config Mode. Select a bone that you want to edit and open the "Properties" tab. There is a field named "Properties" that you can use to toggle the display settings of the individual position/rotation/scale properties.

Unfortunately something like this is currently not supported. But if you accidentally use the move or scale tool, you could just remove the accidentally created position/scale keys from the animation so no real harm should happen.

You could also always use "Key Selected" --> "Key Rotation" for creating your key frames (you can assign a shortcut directly to "Key Rotation" via "Edit/Preferences" in the Clip Editor). This will ensure that no position/scale keys are ever stored to your animation.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Best regards,
