hi can anyone help me? for some reasons the only transforms im allowed to do on a humanoid model is Rotation, ive tried enabling scale and position but no matter what I press it stays unavailable

This is correct, human bones can only be modified using the rotation tool (you can use IK to move the hands with the translation tool). This makes sense because in real life the human body doesn't support translation for bones too. If you want to use translation, feel free to use generic or legacy instead of humanoid.
