Hi I have ik hands contraint to a parent object and the animation looks fine. But when I export .anim file I get weird rotations...complete 360 rotations for few frames without any key between them. When I re-import the exported .anim file again in umotion the animations are fine. Also if I export fbx file... the animations are fine in blender. The problem of rotations only happens in unity after export.

Hi,
thank you very much for your bug report.

UPDATE: Fixed in UMotion V1.16p01.

May I ask you to send me:

  1. The UMotion Project where this happens (you can remove all other animations except the one that makes troubles if you want).
  2. The related character model (you can send it without textures if you want).
  3. The exported *.anim.

... either as a Unity package or by creating an empty Unity project (and *.zip that project) that includes just the things mentioned above. Please send it via the email support form.

Hi, thanks for replying. I cant send u the character but its humanoid so u can import it on any character. I can send u the .anim file. Is it okay sending you just the .anim file?

Thank you very much for sending me the *.anim file. Unfortunately it's technically not possible for me to identify the root cause of this issue by just looking at the *.anim file (= the end result) without being able to take a closer look at the UMotion project (and the related character). Usually people send me their characters without textures or let me sign an NDA if it's a character for a professional project. Do you think any of these might be an option for you?

thanks for re-sending the unity package, I've received it this time (not sure what went wrong the first time).

The upcoming UMotion V1.17p01 patch release is going to have a fix included to address this issue. Depending on the Asset Store review time, it should be available in a day or two.

I've put the idea on my "ideas for the future" list. Unfortunately I currently don't have plans to immediately implement this as there are other points on my to-do list with higher priority at the moment.
