Hi skinwalker,
thank you very much for your support request.

You can either use the rotation tool assistant (the window that appears in the scene view when you have a bone and the rotation tool selected) or you can use the channels section in the Pose Editor. Please note that you can only manipulate channel values if the bone is using euler rotations (Quaternions can't be edited directly).

You can also right click on a key in the Curves View of the Clip Editor and click on "Edit Key". This also only works when your curve is using euler instead of quaternions.

Here is a video tutorial about the different rotation modes: UMotion Tutorial - Curves & Rotation Modes

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Okay so lets say that I make a new layer and modify one bone rotation (quaternion), but I also have 10 more animations which need the same bone modification

Rotating the Z until it's 0.04 is easy for all of the 10 animations, but what If I have changed the X and Y as well? It's just a pain to manually rotate the bone on all axis, Id prefer just to type in the values.

Quaternions have 4 dimensions, thus they are very hard to imagine. Other than euler angles, there X, Y, Z values do not correspond to rotations applied around X, Y, Z. Here is a random youtube video that tries to explain quaternions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d4EgbgTm0Bg

Furthermore quaternions should be normalized which wouldn't be the case if you start editing the values manually.

If you want to edit rotation values, you might want to consider using euler rotation instead of quaternions or using the rotation tool assistant (works also with quaternions). You can also use the copy & paste feature of the rotation tool assistant (click on the button in the top right corner of the tool assistant that is next to the "i" button).

Best regards,
