I import the .fbx animation and try to apply it to other models, but it doesn't work (different animations on each model and fingers broken). Could you tell me, please, that to do?

Please refer to the chapter "Exporting Animations FAQ" in the UMotion Manual (added in UMotion V1.16). It covers problems like these. Usually it's an incorrect setup of the humanoid avatar used in the *.FBX that contains the animation. There are several ways to fix this as mentioned in the manual.
