Im having some warnings when importing animations:
If I ignore this warnings Im losing the animation of some of those bones. What is the proper way to work around this and maintain this animations?

Hi Znel,
thank you very much for your support request.

What this warnings indicate is that in the humanoid avatar of your character the upper-chest and the jaw bones aren't defined. These bones are optional but if your character model has them, you might want to define them. Therefore select the model in Unity's project window. In the Inspector, select the "Rig" tab and click on "Configure..." to open the avatar editor. Make sure to apply the appropriate bones for the upper-chest and/or the jaw. Click Apply and OK to save the changes.

After you've changed the avatar, you should create a new UMotion project for that character. Setup IK again and then try to import the clips. You can also import your old UMotion project into your new project using the clip importer.
