After using "Set IK to FK",

notice they are slightly different.

Is this just an unimportant solver/numerical error or did I do something wrong?

Thanks, UMotion!

By the way, "Set IK to FK" does "all" of position, rotation, etc, correct? (I tried additionally clicking on Rotation, and then "Set IK to FK".)

Hi,
thanks for your support request.

Correct. Small differences can't be avoided by the algorithm.

By the way, "Set IK to FK" does "all" of position, rotation, etc, correct? (I tried additionally clicking on Rotation, and then "Set IK to FK".)

"Set IK to FK" calculates the IK Handle position and the Pole Target position (or the Pole Rotation, depending on your IK setup) in such a way, that the IK pose is approximately the same as in FK. An IK solver is only affecting the rotation of bones, but never changes their position/translation or scale. So the "Set IK to FK" will only "copy" the bones rotation.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Best regards,
Peter
