I'm having some trouble using UMotion, as I don't figured out yet how to select the keyframes of the selected bones in the scene. I would like to select the bones as hierarchy with Shift-Click and having the keyframes within the current scrub position in the clip editor selected. All I found is the shift-C short cut, but this selects the whole track. Use case is to copy the position of only the selected bones to another position in time.

Further, I would expect to select the tracks down the models hierarchy by selecting a track with Shift-Click there, but that doesn't seem to be implemented - yet?

Hi Andreas Podgurski,
thank you very much for your support request.

All I found is the shift-C short cut, but this selects the whole track. Use case is to copy the position of only the selected bones to another position in time.

You are right, SHIFT + C is the only way you can do this at the moment and that will select all keys of the animated property.

The feature you described makes a lot of sense to me and I will implement this in one of the next updates. Shift + C currently is the short cut for the context menu entry "Select in Clip Editor" that you get when right-clicking on a channel in the Pose Editor. I think I will add another context entry (+ shortcut) that will be something like "Select Keys At Current Frame".

Further, I would expect to select the tracks down the models hierarchy by selecting a track with Shift-Click there, but that doesn't seem to be implemented - yet?

Yes this is correct, SHIFT Click only works horizontally at the moment. I will also put this on my internal to-do list but with less priority than the other requested feature.

Please note that I'm currently working on a bigger change of the UMotion core to improve performance with larger clips. This has high priority at the moment so it might take some time until I can implement the above mentioned feature. I hope you can appreciate.

Best regards,
Peter
