For example if I had a ragdoll affected by physics in playmode and I wanted to record how it was affected for use as an animation later on without any physics components, would that be possible?

Hi thelebaron,
thanks for your support request.

UMotion doesn't ship with an animation recorder but Unity has a built in one:
https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Experimental.Animations.GameObjectRecorder.html

I have never used it but I think this should be what you are looking for. There is also a video tutorial made by "Unity3d College": https://youtu.be/fdF4h2sUmwE

Please let me know if that works.

Best regards,
Peter
